Description

Preservation Hall Foundation’s Kids in the Hall Field Trip program is a one-hour musical experience, centered around the history of New Orleans music. Students engage and listen to a Preservation Hall band perform, and have the opportunity for a Q&A session with members of the Preservation Hall collective. We are proud to offer these field trips to New Orleans-area public schools (Orleans, St. Bernard and Jefferson Parishes), free of charge. We are eager to gift the experience of hearing from and interacting with legendary New Orleans musicians to as many students as possible.
