Description
The Dental Admissions Test (DAT) is a multiple choice, computer-based test required for applicants entering dental schools in the United States. It measures an applicants' academic ability, scientific understanding and perceptual ability. The DAT is broken down into four sections:
Natural sciences (biology, general chemistry, and organic chemistry)
Perceptual ability (two- and three-dimensional problem solving)
Reading comprehension (dental and basic sciences)
Quantitative reasoning (mathematical problems in algebra, numerical calculations, conversions, etc.)
Peterson's Practice Tests for the DAT include 2 full-length practice tests with detailed answer explanations for every question.
