Description

Communities of Practice Workshops are STEM-centered professional development opportunities for k-12 educators sponsored by STEM Library Lab and our various community partners. __________________________________________________________________________________ Join us at STEM Library Lab on July 12, 2024 from 11 am - 2 pm to explore dozens of Vernier measurement tools in our Equipment Lending Co-Op that will take your students' science fair projects from introductory to extraordinary! ___________________________________________________________________________________________ Vernier tools allow students to take measurements and plot data through graphical analysis software as the phenomenon unfolds. Vernier tools make data collection more accurate and data analyses more intuitive. Whether your 3rd grader is measuring the speed of Maglev trains with Amplify or your high schooler is measuring oxygen and pH of water samples with Open Sci Ed, there's a tool for you. ___________________________________________________________________________________________ See the flyer for more details and click the link below to register! Snacks and refreshments will be provided!
