Come join us at Operation Girls! Operation Girls is actively recruiting girls and young women impacted by incarceration aged 10 to 18 to join our programming. Within Operation Girls we offer academic tutoring, weekly physical wellness, and Girl Talk: A space where girls can be their best selves. If you know anyone interested in being apart of a community where girls and young women have the opportunity to be connected and mentored by women with shared experiences, please visit or-nola.org and complete a Operation Girls referral form!

At Operation Restoration (OR), we support women and girls impacted by incarceration to recognize their full potential, restore their lives, and discover new possibilities. Within OR, we have Operation Girls, a program that creates a safe space for those directly impacted by incarceration to receive mentorship, financial literacy classes, and leadership opportunities to empower them by working closely with women who have similar lived experiences.
