Description
During this workshop educators will: Investigate the importance of student agency and how informal education can empower youth voices. Discover tools and activities for developing student agency in a short time frame. Explore TCI's Community Conversation program and learn how to host a community conversation as an organization. Tour STEM Library Lab and learn how SLL supports community educators.
The Climate Initiative (TCI) is a nonpartisan, science-based climate change organization whose mission is to empower youth voices for climate action. Through education and empowerment initiatives, youth across the country are learning about climate solutions and becoming agents of change in their communities and beyond.
