Description
Situated in the heart of City Park, LOOP NOLA offers an exceptional field trip destination to explore and learn.
Our Survival Skills programs is an introductor course in outdoor ethics and survival skills. Students will practice survival skills like navigation with a compass, shelter building, and safe campfire construction. Activities can also incorporate Leave no Trace, outdoor ethics, and outdoor preparedness. Students build self-confidence while working together as a team to complete survival skills challenges.

LOOP NOLA's programs are designed for participants of all levels, guided by our friendly and knowledgeable staff to ensure a fun, safe, and educational experience. Whether hiking in Couturie Forest, paddling around Scout Island, or promoting team building through our challenge course, LOOP’s team is dedicated to sharing the outdoors with individuals of all ages and abilities.
