STEM Library Lab, in partnership with the Jefferson Community Foundation, is giving away clear backpacks to teachers at Jefferson Parish Public Schools to give to their students this year.
JP Teachers, complete the form in the registration button to receive backpacks for your students. Preference will be given to teachers at C, D, and F rated schools, and schools serving 75% or more students on free lunch.
Teachers will be informed of how many backpacks they're receiving on Wednesday 8/6, and can pick them up 8/7-8/9.
STEM Library Lab fosters high-quality active learning by providing teachers and students with access to equipment and support to drive student success. We envision students in every classroom gaining exposure to quality educational experiences that prepare them for a 21st Century future. We run a variety of programs and services geared to ensure teachers have the tools they need to lead productive classrooms.
