Winston Rhea Scholars is a 501(c)(3) organization that helps current and former foster youth as they are transitioning out of foster care and starting their lives through funding, mentorship, financial literary, counseling, and community. Two scholarships are awarded every year for a four year commitment. There is no GPA requirement to apply!
