Get ready for 6 weeks of hands-on innovation, creativity, and next-level STEM learning at STEM NOLA hosted at Xavier University of Louisiana!
Led by our incredible staff, interns, and volunteers, each week is packed with interactive, hands-on learning experiences designed to spark curiosity and build confidence.
From coding and robotics to artificial intelligence, students will build real skills while having fun all summer long. Special thank you to Delta Utilities and Chevron for sponsoring our Tech Camp!

Registration Fee: $50 per session per child
Camp Fee: $300 per session per child

Week 1 | 3-D Modeling & Design | June 8 - June 12 *3rd - 8th Grade*: Design and model your very own 3-D printed object. Students will be taken through the design process of modeling using Tinkercad to create an object that will be 3-D printed.
Week 2 | Physical Computing w/ Raspberry Pi | June 15 - June 18 *3rd - 8th Grade*: Students will explore coding and programming with Python to program a Raspberry Pi for multiple real-world robotics projects including drum sets, cars, and digital games!
Week 3 | Robotics | June 22 - June 26 *3rd - 8th Grade*: Students will be introduced to the world of Robotics using a robotics kit. They will then experience the joys of programming using block-based coding.
Week 4 | Video Game Design w/ Scratch | July 6 - 10 *3rd - 8th Grade*: Sign up for a full week of video gaming! Participating students will be introduced to the world of video gaming to create, model and design their very own video game!
Week 5 | Artificial Intelligence I | July 13 - 17 *3rd - 8th Grade*: Students will learn all about the advancements in Artificial Intelligence. Using tools such as Google’s Teachable Machine, students will train their own Machine Learning models and deploy them in their own applications.
Week 6 | Artificial Intelligence II | : July 20th - July 24th*9th-12th Grade Only*: Students will learn all about the advancements in Artificial Intelligence. Using tools such as Google’s Teachable Machine, students will train their own Machine Learning models and deploy them in their own applications.
