Description
Educators of grades 6-12 are invited to join a NOAA Ocean Exploration facilitator on December 5th, 2026, at Audubon Aquarium for a full-day, in-person professional development workshop. Together we’ll dive into the diverse reasons for why it is important to explore the ocean and the variety of tools and technologies that drive how we conduct expeditions in some of the most remote places on the planet.
Audubon Nature Institute (ANI) is a vital contributor to environmental education in New Orleans and across South Louisiana. ANI includes Audubon Zoo, Audubon Aquarium & Insectarium, and Audubon Louisiana Nature Center.
