Description
Orleans Parish youth ages 16-24 (born between 1999-2009) can sign up now for an Opportunity Pass to get free, unlimited rides on all Regional Transit Authority buses, streetcars, and ferries from the time of enrollment through the duration of the pilot program.
You can sign up at ANY New Orleans Public Library during library hours. This takes about 5-10 minutes, and you'll need a working smartphone to access free tickets through the Le Pass app.
